📸 Anthropic’s blueprints are public

Claude Code leaks, ChatGPT’s new library, and the end of manual app building.

My fellow AI explorers

It has been a relentless week of shipping. While we were all busy dissecting the massive Claude Code leak (and yes, we’re going deep on that today), the big players decided to overhaul their entire interfaces.

From ChatGPT turning into a file manager to Google AI Studio basically becoming a "one-click" app factory, the theme of the week is clear: Context is King. We’re moving away from simple "text-in, text-out" and into a world where your AI has a memory, a library, and—thanks to some leaked source code—a much more transparent brain.

In today’s edition:

  • 🔓 The Claude Code Leak: 500k lines of code are out. Here’s what we learned.

  • 🎮 Google’s App Factory: Multiplayer games in one click? AI Studio just leveled up.

  • 🤖 Auto Mode & Permissions: How to stop your AI from accidentally deleting your files.

AI News 1

ChatGPT’s New Library: The Death of the "Re-Upload" 📚

OpenAI just dropped a dedicated Library tab that acts as a permanent "locker" for your files. This isn't just a folder; it’s a fundamental shift in how ChatGPT handles your data.

What’s changing in your workflow:

  • Persistent Context: No more uploading the same "Brand Guidelines" PDF every three days. Once it’s in the Library, you can @-reference it across any chat.

  • Format Evolution: The UI now supports fully formatted Markdown and spreadsheets directly in the sidebar. It’s moving from "chat bubble" to "collaborative workspace."

  • Personal DNA: You can now store "Context Files" (like a personal bio or goal list) and pull them into new chats to give the AI instant "memory" without filling up your system instructions.

🌍 Takeaway: Stop treating ChatGPT like a search bar and start treating it like a NAS (Network Attached Storage) for your brain. If you're starting a chat from scratch, you're losing the "Context Alpha."

Google AI

Google just pulled off a "Triple Merge," combining AI Studio (the sandbox) with Anti-Gravity (agentic collab) and Firebase (production-grade databases). The result is the first AI builder that actually understands "Multiplayer."

The Multiplayer Breakthrough: Google is showing off demos like Cosmic Flow where you can build a 3D app and immediately see other users' cursors moving in real-time.

  • One-Click Deploy: It handles the server architecture, authentication, and databases for you.

  • The "Remix" Button: You can take a complex multiplayer game, hit "Remix," and ask Gemini to "Add a team leaderboard." It doesn't just change the code; it updates the database schema too.

đź”® Prediction: The barrier between "prototyping" and "production" just vanished. We're entering the era of "Disposable Apps"—where you build a custom collaborative tool for a single meeting and delete it afterward.

The Big Leak

A massive leak via an npm registry map file has exposed the source code for Claude Code, Anthropic’s elite agentic coding harness. While Anthropic is playing DMCA whack-a-mole, the community has already rewritten it into Python, effectively making it a permanent part of the open-source ecosystem.

Why this is a "Holy Grail" moment for devs:

  • The Prompting Blueprint: We can now see the exact system prompts and agent setups Anthropic uses to make Claude a coding god.

  • Parallelism Secrets: It’s built for "Fork Inheritance"—running multiple sub-agents simultaneously that share a prompt cache. It’s basically parallelism for free.

  • The claude.md Trick: Every single turn, Claude loads a claude.md file. This is where you should be dumping your coding standards and architecture docs.

  • Smart Compaction: It uses five different ways to "forget" the right things, keeping the 200k token window razor-sharp.

đź”® Prediction: This leak will accelerate open-source coding agents by 6-12 months. Expect tools like OpenCode to suddenly get a massive boost in reasoning and efficiency as they "absorb" these architectural insights.

30-Second AI Play

🛡️ Enable "Auto Mode" Without the Risk

Claude Code’s new Auto Mode is out, and it’s the "Goldilocks" of autonomy. Here’s how to use it safely:

  1. Skip "Bypass": Don't use the flag that allows everything—that's how folders get deleted.

  2. Use the "Auto" Classifier: When invoking Claude, set permission mode to Auto.

  3. Why it works: It runs a lightweight LLM classifier on every action. If the action is "Edit README," it proceeds. If it’s "Delete Root Directory," it stops and asks for your permission.

đź’ˇ Pro tip: Use /compact proactively in your sessions. Think of it like "Saving your game" in a RPG—it flushes the junk and keeps the core mission specs clear.

Other Relevant AI News!

  • 🖼️ Midjourney V8 Alpha: It’s here, but the reviews are... meh. Composition is more "cinematic" (off-axis), but prompt adherence has taken a hit. Perfect is hard to beat.

  • 📉 GPT-5.4 Mini & Nano: OpenAI quietly dropped smaller, faster models for devs. If you're building high-speed sub-agents, these are your new best friends.

  • 🎙️ Claude "Dispatch": Remote control your computer from your phone. It’s basically better branding for the feature we saw last week, but the "Agent-in-your-pocket" hype is real.

  • 🎨 Figma AI Agents: Figma is officially entering the agent space to compete with Stitch. Design is no longer just for designers.

Golden Nuggets

  • 🔓 Claude Code is out: Study the claude.md and compaction logic to level up your own agents.

  • đź“‚ Library > Chat: Move your essential context files into ChatGPT’s new library for instant referencing.

  • ⚡ Google is for Builders: If you need a database-backed app by EOD, AI Studio is the play.
